‘This training course concentrates on familiarizing non-technical personnel with a wide range of Hospital equipment, terminology, basic physiology, controls assurance and Hospital procedure etc.’
Aim: To equip each student with a broad base understanding of the Hospital working environment.
Objectives: On successful completion of this course each delegate will have gained an understanding in the following areas:

- Principles of Patient Safety
