- Understand and be able to describe all relevant and current legislative and statutory requirements relating to the module.
- Understand the basics of the physiology relating to the module.
- Understand the theoretical principles of the module.
- Understand the principles and operation of all equipment relating to this module.
- Test medical equipment to the latest standard using the latest test equipment.
- Practice basic fault finding techniques.
