Courses

The course provides the necessary balance of principles and theory together with thorough hands-on experience of a range of state-of-the-art equipment relating to each discipline.

Training is hosted at the Capital Medical Training Centre, a leading-edge facility opened in July 2005. Its location has been deliberately chosen, for its excellent accessibility for all parts of the UK, and communications by road, rail and air.

The course comprises seven modules:

Physiological Monitoring & Infusion Equipment

Module 3

Theatre & Surgical Equipment

Module 4

Dental Equipment

Module 5

Introduction to Anaesthetic & Theatre Equipment

Module 6

Introduction to Diagnostic X-Ray System

Module 7

Laboratory Equipment

Each module ends with both theoretical and practical examinations, course reports and exam results are sent to candidates’ employers once training has been completed.

Each of the seven modules lasts between 5 and 10 days.
